Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Carmel USA Wrestling Club website (the "Site") and all content, services, and products available at or through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are owned and operated by Carmel USA Wrestling Club.
Use of the Services: By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Account Sign-Up: To access the Services, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your name, address, and email address. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account information may result in your inability to access or use the Services.
Billing: The Services may include fees for membership, training programs, and other services offered by the Carmel USA Wrestling Club. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are payable in advance. Carmel USA Wrestling Club reserves the right to change its fees and billing methods at any time. If you dispute any charges, you must notify Carmel USA Wrestling Club in writing within 30 days of the date of the charge.
Intellectual Property: The Services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Carmel USA Wrestling Club, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL Carmel USA Wrestling Club, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Termination: Carmel USA Wrestling Club may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
Changes to Terms of Service: Carmel USA Wrestling Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.
