Strength Training

CUSAWC offers weight training to athletes in Grades 4-8 in the Spring (April & May), Summer (June & July), and the Fall (October-November). Athletes are put through age appropriate weight/resistance and speed/agility training.  Our curriculum has been put together specifically for this age group with an emphasis on building/engaging core body movements, dynamic training and footspeed. Instructors will preform baseline testing at the beginning of the session, as well as an exit evaluation to quantify each individual athletes improvements. Sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday from 6.00-7:00PM. 

Cost: $100 ($30 if enrolled in YWL or MSPWL)
